CPCI designs a Safety Plan and Safety Incentive Program for each project including:

  • Activity Hazard Analysis

  • Illness & Injury Prevention Plans

  • PPE selection

 

  • CPCI maintains an “A” grade with ISNetworld

  • CPCI has maintained a 0 score TRIR & DART

  • 150,000 Hours worked on SCE EV “Charge Ready” Program without a First Aid Incident.

  • CPCI produces a Site Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) for every project and performs at least 2 daily safety tailboards (Pre-Shift & Post Lunch)

  • CPCI Superintendents are trained competent persons for the work they are managing, and OSHA 30 Hr & First Aid-CPR Certified

  • CPCI Superintendents & Crews receive training on SCE- required programs, such as:

    • EHS Handbook for Contractors

    • Distribution Underground Construction (DUG) Manual

    • Substation Grounding Manual

    • Substation Jobsite Work Rules
